As the old TD prepares his exit to Scotland for the 2025 Scottish Open and some much needed (and much cooler) golf, Mrs. TD’s final attempt to domesticate her quintessential golf bumb has manifested itself in this peachy/blueberry cobbler. A feat of this type takes much oversight and, with her right hand in a cast, the magnitude of said oversight became even more real. The result (above, and which has already been devoured) made this rare culinary experience, under extremely adept tutelage, worthwhile and delicious. PS: “Will he ever be able to play the violin?”
