Beer Near! Beer Near!

Beer Near! Beer Near!

Last spring, in Ireland (makes you think of soap, doesn't it) TD noticed that a lot of the locals at Carne had switched to Guiness "0", the zero alchohol, 50 calorie brew of their patron saint brewer in Dublin. While you don't typically talk to the Irish about "drink", TD decided to refrain from inquiry. But, due to the zero tolerance for "drink driving" in Ireland, he assumed this to possibly have become the main impetus for going zero. Thus, his clock reflecting 4:30pm (a time that continues to live in infamy) he decided that he should not only photograph, but imbibe thereof, in an effort to discover what the Irish already knew. The drink seemed to pour with the proper head, went down with the smoothness of the normal black, and also, allowed him to drive around the block without a single mail box incursion.
